Having won a global tender (think Squid Game for copywriters), we were tasked by Netflix with writing over 1,000 film and TV episode synopses, including multiple variants for flagship Netflix Originals titles.
We gathered a stable of over 30 writers and editors, plus a team of project managers providing 24-hour coverage globally.
Working closely with Netflix’s content team across three time zones, we produced the work in weekly sprints, simultaneously managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring that every synopsis met the brand’s strict tone of voice and quality standards (think Squid Game for account managers).

Our collaboration with Google Arts & Culture added a fresh storytelling dimension to our portfolio. Tasked with creating copy for a series of interactive digital maps, our team helped celebrate sites of historical and cultural significance around the world – engaging visitors through discovery, learning and play.
We also developed a set of art-themed quizzes, including Manet vs Monet and Botanical Botticelli’s, designed to educate, entertain and inspire curiosity.

Virgin Incentives brought us in to produce brand-aligned copy for its Virgin Experience Days range.
Working from technical information sheets and client briefs, we delivered concise product descriptions for both the website and vouchers, within strict CMS requirements. As well as writing, he helped the in-house team to optimise delivery by designing efficient workflows and setting production targets.
Beyond the product copy, we supported US colleagues to deliver a variety of other materials, including social media campaigns and internal comms.

Polestar’s electric vehicle brand is defined by its commitment to sustainability. When the company wanted to challenge persistent myths around EV ownership, we stepped in to help.
Working via its agency partner Hope & Glory, our team drafted more than 50 pre-written tweets for @PolestarTruths – an X bot designed to counter climate misinformation with credible, accessible facts.
The campaign helped spark informed conversation and raise awareness ahead of the COP28 summit, reinforcing the Polestar’s reputation as a purpose-driven innovator.

One of the UK’s best-known heritage food brands, Maldon Salt needed a copywriter who was worth their sodium chloride.
We had just the person.
Drawing on the brand’s history and quality, he created the enticing line “Inspiration with every pinch” and peppered up the website copy by celebrating the story behind Maldon’s distinctive pyramid-shaped flakes.

As Nissan expanded into the electric vehicle market, it wanted to help customers understand the benefits and realities of EV ownership.
Working closely with the brand’s partner agency, our team produced touchstone marketing materials that drew on Nissan’s 70-year history of EV production to inspire confidence in its new generation of vehicles.

When the Royal Pharmaceutical Society transitioned to become the Royal College of Pharmacy, its publishing team called in Write Arm to define its new brand identity and tone of voice. Having created a core narrative for the College, we wove that into a comprehensive internal toolkit to unify its organisational language. We then applied the rebrand to key landing pages and numerous long-form foundational documents, ensuring a consistent and authoritative voice across all platforms.
The publishing team assigned us to overhaul large sections of the College’s website. We assembled a dedicated team of seven writers and QA specialists to review over 600,000 words, many of which were highly technical. By implementing an accelerated workflow, we ensured brand consistency and editorial precision across all assets, completing the entire project within a demanding two-week deadline.

When it was looking to develop new brand guidelines for its leisure and consumer business, Ordnance Survey turned to Write Arm.
Starting with an in-house workshop, we went on to produce a full copy playbook, which gave the marketing team a much needed – ahem – roadmap.

Sopro offers a sales engagement platform and email outreach experts that will grow your business, so it’s no wonder that the company itself has grown faster than giant kelp.
And growth pains were why Sopro came to Write Arm – to secure a scalable and flexible pool of highly talented B2B email copywriters who could keep up with its phenomenal pace.
We were only too happy to oblige – but we did have to run fast to keep up! Along the way we found the energy to help out with thought leadership pieces, helpful blogs, and create more web copy than you can shake a stick at.
So, put that twig down.

When Vitality decided to branch out into ISAs and pensions, they had no one to write all of the marketing collateral, product guides and technical legal documents. So, what did they do?
They called Write Arm, of course.
We placed two copywriters in-house with the company, one of them for an entire year. Working within strict tone of voice and legal guidelines, they sweated blood to complete all the materials in time for the product launches.
